PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur. At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION

Normally our shipped packages are not insured. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report it to our customer service representative within 3 business days. When returning goods to us they must be in the original package received. Please call 714-896-9600 for return instructions.

DELIVERIES

The shipping charge will be added to your order and clearly visible on your receipt.

CLAIMS/FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or otherwise faulty product you are entitled to exchange the product for a similar one, or if no longer available, receive a refund for the cost of your purchase. All merchandise in stock is shipped via UPS within 2-5 business days from our warehouse in Garden Grove, CA.
